DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS:
All rates are based on single or double occupancy, additional guests (permissible in the Deluxe Captain’s Suites and by advanced approval only) are billed at $50 per person, per night. Rates are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS:
Other than holidays and high season, a two night minimum is always required for all advanced reservations except those made on the same day. The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 50% of the total stay (minimum one day) except as may be required for Holidays and Special Events. Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa and Master Card are all accepted. Personal check are accepted and requested for all reservations made more than two (2) months in advance. Personal checks are only accepted for advanced deposits or full pre-payment. Payment balance is due upon arrival. All deposits and payments are due in US Funds only. We cannot accept personal checks as payment upon arrival.
CANCELLATION/EARLY DEPARTURE POLICIES:
We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur.
Our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows with no exceptions:
Your deposit is refunded up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less 10% or $25.00 of the deposit paid, which ever is greater. Within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund or transfer deposits regardless of the reason for cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation fee.
The same is true for stays that are shortened or for early departures. As there are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry reservations, change of plans, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing trip insurance.
Deposits for “events” (including but not limited to weddings, commitment ceremonies or any event for which we must close to the public) are NON REFUNDABLE , irrespective of the time at which they are cancelled.
